When can an item be returned?

• Request a return within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
• If the item is defective, broken or dead on arrival, the wrong item came, or an item is missing — you get a return or replacement.
• Original packing, accessories and the bill/order number must be available.

What cannot be returned?

• Items with physical damage, burn marks or water damage, and software/licence keys once used.
• Items damaged by the customer, or items with broken warranty seals.

How it works

• Log in, open My Orders, press "Return Request" on a delivered order and select the item and reason.
• Our team will call you, collect the item and, after approval, refund or replace it (cash or adjusted in your next bill).
